Where It All Began
Flava Base is inspired by recipes from my mum's kitchen, brought to life with a modern Punjabi street food twist.
The flavours, spices and techniques behind every dish come from real home cooking — bold, authentic and full of flavour, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
Food has always been my connection to home. Flava Base is built in memory of my mum — keeping those flavours and that feeling alive.
What started as an idea to share those flavours became a proper mission — converting a van from scratch, developing a full menu rooted in authentic Punjabi cooking, and building everything from the ground up.
Every dish on the menu is a nod to those recipes. The Flava Box, the wraps, the loaded fries — all of it carries those original flavours forward, served fresh, served bold, served street style.
